Ok, this is definitely a bit of a cliché, but I feel obligated…
 
This One Time At Band Camp…
 
Snappy, super, special, nice, fantastic, mullet (point at people in Walmart…AHHHH!)  

Mr. Sandlin: What’d you do all summer, Dan? Sit around and watch Spongebob?  

Mr. Mitchell: *Speaking in grand voice* Ladies and Gentlemen! This year the marching band will be performing *In mumble-y voice* Chro..qwerytoudf… it’s about clocks. 
 
Nate: Actually, I did know the girl on the fourwheeler.
Megan: Who was it then if you knew her?
Nate: Well…um…
Me: It was his grandma 

*All trumpets run to Keifer during march off and give him cups of water. Mr. Richmond laughs, but then immediately starts hacking* 

Rachel: (On phone to La Ortalono) Yeah, do you have two girls in your restaurant? Yeah, two girls…about yay-high *holds out hand gesturing height while we see Sarah and Megan exit restraint* Never mind. *Hangs up* 

Jumping the fence to get to the Wikso household. Dan gets a running start, but then does the equivalent of a belly-flop over the fence.  
At Wikso’s: Mrs. Wikso continues to load the table with tons and tons of food (pretty hilarious at the time) Everyone is insanely full, but “Hey…LOOK! A small one! *Snatches brownie from plate* Oh, those weren’t any brownies. They are Wikso brownies. They give you insane musical abilities.  

Slicing cheese puffs into itty-bitty pieces to reduce calories.  

On the way back over to the school, we must hop the fence. Silly me decides to straddle the fence, one leg on each side. In the process of swinging the other leg over, I loose balance leaving my legs dangling over the fence, and my head in “Good-Dylan’s” hands (luckily she caught it) Thus making me the laughing stock of the section.  

Crazy times in the pod in the opening set with Hillary and “Bad-Dylan”. Oh, this shall be an interesting season.  

HELPING the freshmen, rather than me being HELPED. Wow, times have changed. 

The proposal move at the end of Movement 2. Bare knee +  pavement = OWW. The black plague! Thank goodness for that knee brace… 
Hang man games with Dan, Amanda P, Becca R., Hillary, and Kenji.  

Name tags with Dan and Amanda P. “I’m tired”  

57/58 change line during fundies and march offs with Dan, Becca R., and Amanda P. 
Diamonds and Boxes-on-the-fly. Why, Jenny? WHY?  

The section party a mi casa. The first source of entertainment? The vacuum cleaner. I swear, who ever throws the section party better have an interesting vacuum cleaner, because it is getting to be tradition for the guests to be obsessed with them.  

Second Source of entertainment: laughter. First Good-Dylan: “Aha-aha aha-aha-aha aha aha” And then Kyle’s extremely feminine laugh. And then who knows after that. My goodness. 

I hope everyone had a good time. Judging by the level of noise, I’d say they did.   

I’m really sad now that camp is over. Camp is over, and school is right around the corner. :(

My swollen summer is deflating.  

Erm, yes. So, I guess it is picture time.

Fishing at my grandpa's pond. (I was rather successful)

We found a field full of sunflowers on a late night walk.

The next day I went sunflower-picture-taking crazy.

It was very foggy.

I hate bugs, particularly spiders. The feilds were full of these webs.

That night we went to a baseball game. I'm not a big fan of baseball, but this fellow kept me entertained. Haha.

I hate to beg for comments, but I haven't seen such a pitiful amount of them since July 2005. Is this how it is going to be now that I'm on the myspace band wagon?

Band camp Wednesday.

I have a taxi obsession.

I hope everyone had a marvelous fourth. I spent mine in the beautiful city of Boston (My future home, perhaps) We arrived on the third and sat for hours awaiting the dress rehearsal performance of the Boston Pops<3 Sitting on the ground in the company of thousands of people wasn't very fun, but the end result was definitely worth it. I love the Boston Pops, but to make things even better two guys from Aerosmith performed with them.

Many of you are aware of my love for John Williams. He used to be the conductor of the Pops. I'm not sure if this is John, but it resembles him, so I'm going to say it is, k?

Dr. Phil hosted the event, but sadly no good pictures of him (Shucks...) But I got some good chuckles from his complete lack of enthusiasm. *In monotone voice* "Isn't it great to be here this evening?" Haha.

On the fourth we again were crowded on the ground for hours and hours, but this time we were awaiting the Boston fireworks. They were spectacular.

From there we went to Portland, saw my sisters and their families, which was nice. Blah, blah, blah...and now I'm back.

Well I am really, really, really disappointed in myself...

I have succumb to the peer pressure...
